Deliveries are to Melbourne metro areas only, all other deliveries are POA to private or business addresses within Victoria. All deliveries will require a signature. We aim to have materials on site within 48 hours of placement of order. Delivery costs vary by order size, weight and delivery address and will be confirmed via phone and email, on receipt of your order.

Standard online orders;  Shop online and collect your purchase in-store

During the checkout process you may elect to collect the items in your shopping bag from our sales centre @ 22 Commercial Place Keilor East


Unopened and/or unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method; EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details, the exact card used to make the original purchase. Clearance items can be exchanged only. Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post.

Madex Plaster Linings is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return it using registered mail. Any costs incurred in returning ‘change of mind’ goods, is covered by the purchaser. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items 

Any non-standard product ordered specifically for you is non-returnable.

Returning goods in person.

If you change your mind on an item purchased online, you may return it for an exchange or refund, providing that goods are returned within a timely manner and meet the below conditions

Present the goods plus your invoice at Madex Plaster linings within 14 days of order receipt. The method of payment used to make your purchase must be presented.
