Gyprock® Casting Plaster

Gyprock Casting Plaster is used for the manufacture of plasterglass, fibre-reinforced plaster sheets, cornices and general casting applications.
This plaster is grit free and produces a strong moulded product with a clean cast face.

Mould Casting:
Moulds should be thoroughly cleaned and coated with a release agent where appropriate. Pour the mixed plaster into moulds and allow adequate time for setting before stripping.
When used for the manufacture of fibre-reinforced plaster products, fibreglass rovings are laid into the plaster slurry during casting.
